This guide provides our most detailed sizing information, including measurement guidance, fit explanations and size charts to help you choose with confidence. Product pages also include sizing notes and measurements, but this page gives a broader overview of how our garments fit across the range.
Choosing the right size first time helps reduce returns and unnecessary waste, especially as many of our products are made to order.

HOW TO MEASURE
For the most accurate fit, lay a similar garment flat and compare it with the size chart on the product page or below.
Focus on the key measurements shown in the product diagrams, such as:
- Pit-to-pit width
- Body length
- Sleeve length
The pit-to-pit measurement
(also known as the half-chest measurement) is usually the most useful starting point, especially if you compare it with a garment you already own and like the fit of.
GARMENT MEASUREMENTS VS BODY MEASUREMENTS
Our size charts below show garment measurements, not body measurements.
This means the garment will usually measure larger than your body to allow for movement, comfort and the intended fit.
A relaxed hoodie, heavyweight tee or layering piece will naturally need more room than a neater everyday t-shirt.
Your body chest measurement is not the same as a garment’s pit-to-pit measurement.

Feel: Heavier, boxier and more structured
Our Heavyweight T-Shirt has a more substantial feel than the Everyday T-Shirt.
The fabric is heavier, the fit is more relaxed, and the shape feels a little more boxy and structured. It naturally has more presence on the body, making it ideal if you prefer a premium tee with a stronger shape.
For most people, we recommend choosing your usual size if you want the intended relaxed heavyweight fit.
If you want it to feel oversized, size up. If you prefer a cleaner, neater fit and don’t want the relaxed shape, you may want to size down — but only if you are confident in the measurements.
Best for: premium everyday wear, cooler days, casual outdoor use, streetwear-style fits and anyone who likes a heavier tee.

Our Premium Sweater is the heavier of our two main sweaters.
Compared with the Lightweight Sweater, this feels warmer, more structured and more like a classic sweatshirt. It is a good option if you want something comfortable, reliable and easy to wear through cooler days.
For most people, we recommend choosing your usual size for the intended regular fit.
If you prefer a roomier sweatshirt, want extra comfort through the chest and shoulders, or plan to layer underneath, consider sizing up.

Feel: Thick, structured, premium and recovery-focused
The RECOVR Hoodie is our heaviest hoodie option — designed to feel more substantial, structured and comforting than a standard everyday hoodie.
With an ultra-heavyweight fabric, relaxed shape and slightly shorter body length, it has a boxier feel than our standard hoodie. It is made to feel weighty, premium and reassuring without being overly long or loose through the body.
Because of the heavier fabric and more relaxed shape, your usual size should give the intended RECOVR fit.
If you prefer a cleaner, less oversized look, you may want to size down — but only if you are confident in the measurements and are happy with the shorter length. If you want maximum room, extra drape or a more oversized recovery feel, size up.
Best for: recovery days, post-walk comfort, colder evenings, travelling, lounging, layering and proper heavyweight warmth.
Sizing note: Usual size gives the intended heavyweight, boxier RECOVR feel. Size down for a neater fit, size up for extra room.

Feel: Warm, cosy and more insulated

The HYGGE Hoodie is our cosier hoodie option, designed for warmth, comfort and that properly soft outer-layer feel.
Because of the sherpa lining, this will feel different to the Standard HIKR Hoodie. Even with a regular fit, the inside lining adds warmth and structure, so it may feel a little fuller when worn.
For most people, we recommend choosing your usual size if you want a comfortable regular fit.
If you prefer extra room, plan to wear thicker layers underneath, or like a looser cosy hoodie, consider sizing up.

Most HIKR caps, beanies and other headwear are designed to fit most people comfortably.
Our caps are typically one size fits most, with an adjustable fastening at the back so you can customise the fit.
Our beanies and other knit headwear are made with stretch fabrics that are designed to adapt to a wide range of head sizes and shapes.
As with any headwear, exact fit can vary depending on head size, hairstyle and personal preference.
TLDR: Most HIKR headwear is one size fits most. Caps have adjustable fastenings, and beanies are designed with stretch for a comfortable fit.
