WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Start with your usual size, then check the fit notes on each product page. We have added a detailed way to measure your current clothes - check out the sizing guide for more information.
ARE YOUR GARMENTS ORGANIC?
Many HIKR products use 100% organic cotton and responsibly sourced materials.
WILL SOLD OUT ITEMS RETURN?
Some will, some won't. Limited collections may only be available once.
DO COLOURS LOOK EXACTLY THE SAME IN PERSON?
We do our best, but colours can vary slightly between screens and garment batches.
DO YOUR GARMENTS FIT TRUE TO SIZE?
Most HIKR garments fit true to size, though some collections have a more relaxed or oversized fit. Product pages will always tell you if a garment fits differently.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE EVERYDAY TEE & HEAVYWEIGHT TEE?
The Everyday Tee is lighter and ideal for daily wear, while the Heavyweight Tee offers a thicker fabric and a more structured feel.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE LIGHTWEIGHT SWEATER & STANDARD SWEATER?
The Lightweight Sweater (280gsm) is designed for year-round layering, while the Standard Sweater (350gsm) offers a heavier, warmer feel.
The lightweight sweater is made from an 85% organic cotton / 15% recycled polyester blend, whereas the standard sweater is made from 100% organic cotton.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Delivery estimates are shown on product pages and at checkout. As most of our items are made to order, there may be a slight delay in the manufacturing process - but we will aim to get everything out ASAP.

Tracking information is provided whenever available.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER ORDERING?
If your order hasn't entered production or dispatch, we'll do our best to help.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL IS DELAYED?
Occasionally delays happen. If your order takes longer than expected, get in touch and we'll investigate.

Yes - provided it meets our return conditions.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?
Of course - however we would suggest checking out our sizing guides first to make sure you get the right size first time - this allows us to keep prices low by making only what we need too - and its better for the environment too!
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?
Contact us with your order number and photos, and we’ll help put it right.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN POSTAGE?
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is normally the customer's responsibility.

LOOK AFTER YOUR KIT
HOW SHOULD I WASH MY HIKR GEAR?
We recommend to wash cool, inside out, with similar colours.
SHOULD I WASH GARMENTS INSIDE OUT?
Yes. This helps protect prints, embroidery and fabric finishes.
CAN I TUMBLE DRY MY ITEMS?
We would advise against it, and we recommend air drying whenever possible. But at the end of the day - it's your choice - although the longevity of the print may lessen if you do.
CAN I IRON PRINTED GARMENTS?
Avoid ironing directly onto printed areas. Iron inside out if needed - BUT BE CAREFUL!
WHY DOES ORGANIC COTTON SOMETIMES FEEL DIFFERENT?
Natural fibres can vary slightly between batches, which is part of what makes them unique.

HOW DOES HIKR SUPPORT MOUNTAIN RESCUE?
A portion of proceeds is set aside to donate to mountain rescue teams across the UK.
HOW DOES THE MONTHLY VOTE WORK?
The Collective decides how Mountain Rescue funding is shared.
DO ALL TEAMS RECEIVE SOMETHING?
Yes, the idea is to support multiple teams across the year, not just one winner.
HOW DOES HIKR SUPPORT TREE PLANTING?
A portion of proceeds is set aside to support a charity helping restore native woodland and support wildlife habitats throughout Bannau Brycheiniog as opposed to a large overseas organisation.
WHY SUPPORT SMALL LOCAL PROJECTS?
Because local projects often create visible, meaningful impact close to the landscapes we love.

WHAT DOES HIKR STAND FOR?
A brand built around the outdoors, adventure and finding your own path.
But there are many many acronyms:

HOW DID HIKR BEGIN?
HIKR started as an idea born from a love of the outdoors and a desire to build something different - something shaped by the people who wear it, rather than simply being sold to them.
Over the years, countless hours went into planning, designing, refining and building every detail. Along the way, the journey took an unexpected pause, meaning the path to launch became much longer than we'd ever imagined.
Looking back, that extra time helped shape HIKR into the brand you see today. The story behind that pause is one of the reasons Follow Your Path means so much to us.
WHY DID HIKR LAUNCH MUCH LATER THAN PLANNED?
Just weeks before launch, an unexpected accident resulted in a serious injury that required multiple operations and a very long recovery. Everything had to be put on hold while recovery came first. Although it delayed the journey, it also reinforced what HIKR stands for: resilience, perspective and finding your way forward, even when life forces you onto a different path.
Recovery reminded us why getting outdoors matters, why community matters, and why every step forward is worth celebrating.
WHAT DOES 'FOLLOW YOUR PATH' MEAN?
To us, Follow Your Path is about far more than hiking.
It means understanding that everyone's journey is different. For some, that's climbing mountains. For others, it's walking the dog before work, discovering a new woodland, cycling quiet country lanes or simply spending a few minutes outdoors to clear their head.
It also means accepting that life doesn't always follow the route you planned. Sometimes you're forced to take a different path, slow down or start again. That's okay. Every journey has its own pace, and every step forward still counts.
HIKR exists to celebrate those journeys -big or small, close to home or on the other side of the world. There isn't one right way to explore, and there isn't one right path to follow.
The only path that matters is yours.

Trailblazers are members of the HIKR Collective who help share the brand, test ideas, provide feedback and inspire others to get outdoors.
WHAT DO TRAILBLAZERS RECEIVE?
Benefits may include early access, exclusive opportunities, product testing, rewards and other perks as the programme develops.
DO I NEED A LARGE FOLLOWING TO BECOME A TRAILBLAZER?
No. We're far more interested in genuine enthusiasm, community spirit and a love of the outdoors than follower counts.
CAN I APPLY RIGHT NOW?
Not yet. The programme is being built carefully and will open when the time is right.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BEING PART OF THE HIKR COLLECTIVE AND BECOMING A TRAILBLAZER?
The HIKR Collective is the wider HIKR community. It’s open to everyone — customers, followers, supporters, challenge entrants and anyone who connects with what HIKR is about.
If you follow along, get involved, share your adventures, vote on ideas or take part in the HIKR Collective Challenge, you’re already part of it.
Trailblazers are the next level up.
They’ll be selected from people who are already showing they genuinely understand HIKR and want to be more involved. Trailblazers may help test products, give feedback, create content, support launches and represent the brand as it grows.
So the Collective is where everyone belongs.
Trailblazers are those who help lead the way.
IS THIS THE SAME AS AN AFFILIATE PROGRAMME?
Not exactly. Trailblazers are about community first. Any affiliate or referral rewards are designed to support that, not replace it.
