    All orders placed until 9pm, 31st July 2026 automatically qualify, no matter the amount spent. Big or small.

  • THE WINNER

    The winner will be selected at random at 8pm, 1st August 2026. They will be notified via email, and the results published online.

  • THE PRIZE

    One lucky winner will be chosen at random and their entire order (including shipping) will be refunded.

WHO QUALIFIES?

All eligible orders placed up until 9pm on July 31st will automatically be entered - you don't have to sign up to anything, you don't have to tick any boxes - if you place an order that order will be entered.

WHO CAN ENTER?

All customers who place an eligible order during the qualifying period will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

WHEN DOES THE COMPETITION CLOSE?

21:00, 31ST JULY 2026. ANY ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 21:01 (INCLUSIVE) WILL NOT BE VALID.

DO I NEED TO SPEND A MINIMUM AMOUNT?

No. There is no minimum spend required. Every eligible order placed during the qualifying period will be entered, regardless of the order value.

Spend £20 or £200 — your order still qualifies.

WHAT CAN I WIN?

One winner will have the full value of their winning order refunded - INCLUDING SHIPPING.

This means the products in that order will be refunded after the qualifying period ends and the winner has been selected.

HOW IS THE WINNER CHOSEN?

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible orders placed during the qualifying period.

The draw will take place after the qualifying period has ended.

HOW & WHEN WILL THE WINNER BE CONTACTED?

They will be contacted by email using the email address linked to their HIKR account or the email address used at checkout. Once confirmed, the winning order will be automatically refunded back to the original payment method.

We may also announce that a winner has been selected on the HIKR website and social channels. Personal details will not be shared publicly without permission.

CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes. Each eligible order placed during the qualifying period counts as one entry into the draw.

However, only one order will be selected as the winning order. This means if you place multiple separate orders, only the order that is randomly chosen would be refunded - not all of your orders combined.

So while multiple orders can give you multiple chances to enter, placing one larger order may be better in the long run, as the full value of that winning order would be refunded.

Orders must be genuine purchases. Any attempt to manipulate the draw may result in disqualification.

ARE GIFT CARDS INCLUDED?

Yes, gift card are included.

CAN THE PRIZE BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH?

No. The prize is a refund of the winning order and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, alternative products, or transferred to another person.
